How it works?

A meeting will be organised between both  parties to assess the work or project in question. There is no charge for an initial (45 minute) consultation for new clients.

  • Rates will be agreed with the client prior to commencement of work.  There is a minimum charge of one hour and charges thereafter are in 15 minute increments.
  • Prices quoted do not include any overheads e.g. postage, stationery, telephone calls and mileage, which are charged at cost.
  • All clients are required to sign a client contract agreement before the commencement of any work.
  • Payment terms are 7 days from the date of invoice.

No information will be disclosed to a third party without your consent and documentation will only be retained for as long as you feel is necessary.  A client confidentiality agreement will be signed where appropriate.
